Advanced Entrepreneurship Program
Centro’s 9-session Advanced Entrepreneurship Program is designed for small business entrepreneurs who are ready to launch or grow their businesses. Currently, the program is aimed at low-income women, minorities, veterans and other underserved entrepreneurs who are based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.
Structure & Methodology
20 hours of in-class training to help you analyze your business model and plans to improve it.
2 hour one-on-one coaching session with one of our experienced business trainers.
Work with a small group of 6-10 entrepreneurs and 3-4 MBA students.
Led by a facilitator trained to enrich in class discussion, facilitate ideation, foster critical thinking and empower people to succeed.
Gain advanced knowledge of business concepts and analysis techniques.
Develop action plans to implement 30+ business improvement and financial empowerment tasks throughout the program.
Update your business plan.
Learn and gain live feedback from a diverse group of entrepreneurs, Small Business MBA Advisors and a Centro Trainer.
Broaden your professional network.
The program is intended for all, regardless of your level of education or experience. Applications are carefully reviewed and considered prior to our interview process. We seek participants who:
Can show initial sales of their product or service, or have a working prototype.
Display a genuine dedication to starting or growing a business.
Are able to commit to 6 hours of Centro-related work every week for 9 weeks.
Can attend weekly classes in Oakland, CA.
Seek profit and provide social benefit to their community.
